Due to DG's respect for Lovecraft and other Mythos originals, it is usually easy to adapt non-DG modern Call of Cthulhu materials for use with Delta Green, especially since the history of DG stretches back to Innsmouth. This page lists and provides resources for Call of Cthulhu (CoC) scenarios both official and fan-made, mostly set in the modern day (loosely defined as starting in the 1980s…), which can/have been adapted to the Delta Green universe; either as Delta Green operations, or for not-yet-inducted Agents or Agents from other groups in the Delta Green universe such as PISCES, Saucerwatch, or Phenomen-X.
For official DG scenarios, see scenarios. For fan-written scenarios specifically for Delta Green, see Delta Green fan scenarios.

- Dark Planet by Dave S Moore. In both Oxford and Birmingham, a sex worker has been ritually murdered. A Ripper copycat? Or something worse?

- The Death of Simon Michaels by Rik Kershaw-Moore.
Phenomen-X/Saucerwatch Ready
Modern scenarios suitable for PCs as journalists, a media crew or organised civilian investigators.

- Live Evil by Dave S Moore. Camera crew #1 has vanished while investigating a haunted manor. Luckily, the studio can send you, Crew #2!
Unready
Modern scenarios with 'innocent', unaffiliated PCs - probably not suitable for Delta Green Agents but could be used to introduce the Mythos pre-recruitment.
- I Want You To Kill The Ice-Cream Man by Michael C LaBossiere. A man guns down a harmless ice-cream seller, then appeals to the PCs to finish the job. Likely to be too easy for a Delta Green team.
