Woohoo! 23 votes for me, and in less than 150 words! I've taken an early lead! (It could be 24 votes, but there ain't no way I'd vote for myself considering what a steaming pile of crap this is.)
<tongue firmly in-cheek>
Rocky McFadden runs a castle-like brothel in Transylvania specializing in catering to transvestites. During a recent raid by crazed Tcho-Tcho cultists, damage was done to a part of the building - uncovering a hitherto-unknown tomb in which lay an ancient Serpent Man who had, until being disturbed, been absorbing the sexual energies of the goings-on above, using them to create a "Time Warp" to bring his long-dead family back into the present. To complete this task, he needs only perform 23 sacrifices. Coincidentally enough, there happened to be 23 Tcho-Tcho involved in the raid. As the investigators arrive on the scene, most likely unaware of the problem and simply there to let off some dressed-in-drag steam after a pear-shaped op, the Serpent Man is completing the last of his sacrifices. He has neatly cleaned up the Tcho-Tcho presence, but now the arrival of his family must be prevented!
</special tongue placement>
Seriously, though, kudos Adam for the the memorial rules idea. I can't wait to see what people come up with in their real entries.

6. If an entry meets LKM rules 1-5, they will score 23 additional votes
instead of 20.
CHECK* (Woohoo!!!)*
7. My decision on an entry’s eligibility for extra votes is final.
CHECK*** (Well, not "check" per se, but it's not like I could leave it unchecked…)*
