The show that knows too much, but not enough to keep quiet.
Phenomen-X are a late-night cable show 'investigating' UFOs for cheap thrills with the bare minimum production value that accidentally stumbled onto more than it bargained for. Despite pressure on them to resume their schlocky programming, the show's producer found himself unable to go back and continues to investigate UFOs in a serious manner. Phenomen-X was often used as a proxy by both Majestic and Delta Green to investigate potential unnatural occurrences, using them as a 'canary in the coal mine'. They appear in the official scenarios Convergence and A Victim of the Art.
In the 2010s Phenomen-X folded as a show but continued as a crowdsourced brand, PX-Penumbra, used by streamers and citizen-journalists "investigating" the unnatural.
Phenomen-X can be used as an alternate campaign frame for the Delta Green world, investigating mysteries using the powers of the press instead of law enforcement. Several scenarios are particularly suitable for PX Journalists:

- Collecting Dust by Harris Burkhalter. There's something creepy about that doll from the Antiques Roadshow episode. A modern sequel to the 1920s scenario “A Painted Smile” by Richard Watts and Keith Herber, from Tales of the Miskatonic Valley.
- Live Evil by Dave S Moore. Camera crew #1 has vanished while investigating a haunted manor. Luckily, the studio can send you, Crew #2!
- * Down New England Town by Michael C LaBossiere. The body of famous horror movie director Roger Colwin is stolen before his funeral.
- Thin Jack by Michael C LaBossiere. People are vanishing from the set of a Western about people vanishing.
- The Hum by Michael C LaBossiere. Residents of a small town in New Mexico are plagued by an annoying humming noise. Would also work for Saucerwatch.

- Mothman Sightings by Ross Payton - A Phenomen-X crew has been sent to investigate sightings of Mothman far from his traditional home. They aren't the only ones interested in finding this strange being in the forest.
